Flour Tortillas have been around for centuries, traditionally made in Northern Mexico, including Sonora. Four simple ingredients- flour, tallow, salt, and water- combine to make magic. At Pullman Market, we use tallow rendered from our locally sourced heritage pork and beef. That rich tallow is blended with Sonoran White Wheat, a beautiful grain grown and milled in Texas. We are proud of our tortillas, and we are pretty certain you will love them, too.
