With over a century of farming in their blood, Dan and Connie Williams' roots in the orchard business run deep. Ten years ago they decided to invest in the Texas orchard scene and transformed Top of Texas Orchard into Top of Texas Farms in Idalou, TX. Their 20 acres grew to 55 and they expanded the operation from apples to peaches, okra, squash varieties, cherries, and greenhouse tomatoes.
